Every step, accounted for.
A transfer is a journey.
Your receipt follows it all the way.

Follow the transfer.
Native deposits wait for the route’s chain checks. A transaction being found does not mean it has been accepted.
Keep the receipt.
See Ethereum mint finality and the native payout’s confirmations. If a transfer needs attention, its obligations remain recorded.
A few things
to make clear.
Are TSC and WTSC the same asset?
TSC is native to TensorCash. WTSC is the Ethereum token issued by this route against native backing. They use different networks and addresses. Redemption depends on this route’s custody and operation.
Who controls the backing?
This is a custodied bridge. Its operators control native backing and authorize minting. The release page will identify the actual custody arrangement before deposits open. A group of keys on one operator’s system is not independent custody.
What is the native-chain risk?
Current qualification has not established a safe finality rule for TSC. Model challenges can remove previously credited work, so a deposit can remain reversible at any depth. Deposits stay closed while this acceptance issue is unresolved.
Why can a transfer take time?
The two networks settle independently. TSC validation, irregular block production, reorgs and model challenges can hold a deposit. Ethereum finality and native payout confirmation also take time. No fixed completion time is promised.
What happens when a transfer is paused?
New transfers can be disabled while the route checks a problem. Existing transfers remain recorded. A timeout alone does not mean a mint failed or a refund is available; the route must first resolve what happened on each chain.
